Can you please help my urgently, I want to know how I can assign fields to user groups (access levels, like you do for tabs).

I must be able to do this, there is no other way.

you can hack the code, so that usergroups like author or registered can't see any content... (Content can also be an included position)
is this a bit help 4 u?
ic ould also give you the code when it helps you...

What your asking for is not a standard CB or joomla function. Im sure there are plugins that allow you to restrict content to specific user groups out their. There is one in development by the CB team right now but who knows when it will be released.

We dont have the code to give you! It would involve us spending time pouring over the code and trying to implement some kind of hack!

You add fields to the database in the CB administration, standard function!

If its not a cb field you want to add then use PHP-myadmin to go into your database and add the field to any table you like. pretty strightforward.
